Doxy.me is the HIPAA-compliant audiovisual telehealth company we use for conducting appointments. The link does not change. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment. We suggest using a Wi-Fi connection. If you are using data, please ensure you are stationary and in a good service area.
Appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance otherwise, you may be charged a $150 out-of-pocket fee, depending on your insurance coverage. Most third-party payers will not cover or reimburse for missed appointments. Call or text 301-241-6070 to cancel
We will make every effort to begin your appointment on time. If you arrive late, your visit may be shortened to accommodate the scheduled timeframe. Patients arriving more than 5 minutes late or failing to attend their appointment may be subject to a $150 late cancellation fee. A $150 fee also applies to no-shows, same-day cancellations, and cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

Yes — we are in-network with most major insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare. We verify your benefits before your visit, so there are no surprises. We need pictures of the front and back of your insurance cards, as well as your name, date of birth, and address, to start this process. We encourage you to register for RXNT to start the process. Without this information, we are unable to verify your coverage. We also encourage you to call the number on the back of your insurance card to ask whether we are in-network.
We see children, adolescents, and adults (ages 5–65) and often support entire families.
