Cancellation Policy


Appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance otherwise, you may be charged a $100 out-of-pocket fee, depending on your insurance coverage. Most third-party payers will not cover or reimburse for missed appointments.Call or text 301-241-6070 to cancel


Late for appointment



We will make every effort to begin your appointment promptly. If you arrive late, your visit will be shortened to fit into the scheduled time. If you are more than 5 minutes late or do not show for an appointment, the provider has the right to charge a late cancellation fee of $100.00.
